Ahmad Hashemi, SENIOR JOURNALIST, Iran & MENA analyst

Ahmad Hashemi is an Iranian freelance journalist and a senior expert on the Middle East region and global geopolitical trends. He has a bachelor's and a master's degree in politics from the University of Tehran. He is currently pursuing another Master’s degree in the Missouri State University’s Department of Defense and Strategic Studies, located in Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Ahmad Hashemi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of Tehran and holds a Master’s Degree in American Studies from the Iranian Foreign Ministry’s School of International Relations.

    There has not been being a country allegedly “South Azerbayjan”! never and ever.
    Even at present time, the country named “azerbayjan” in west of Caspian sea or Mazandaran sea was belonged to Iran and unfortunately due to incompetence of previous governments this grate land and iranian province – like some other in north of Iran – , has been detached from its own motherland, that land was named “Aran” – still has the meaning of Iran or part of it – You can say from the similar pronunciation although -; Later russia changed “Aran” to Azerbayjan in order to take political advantages of this issue in the future. And today we can observe some internal betrayed people who has no national sense and feeling to the great Persia / Iran, open their big mouth and shout nonsense verses our homeland. So you better not to repeat these dummy words again.

    just for your information I have relatives live in “Azerbayjan” and obviously they confirm my sentences.
